Payment

You can pay upon receipt of the order, or through electronic payment methods such as InstaPay or e-wallet transfer.
Note: If the order value exceeds 1000 EGP, please pay a portion of the amount in advance to confirm the order.

Exchange and Return Policy

We give you the freedom to exchange or return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

• The amount is refunded using the same payment method.

• The product is in its original condition exactly as it was received.

⚠️ Cosmetics and makeup products are excluded from exchange or return for public health reasons.
